Vegetable food recipe -stingining nettles


 Have you ever been stung by nettles? If yes,now is time to take your revenge and make a good meal with these cruel plants.



 Take a considerable quantity of nettles (after you boil them,they will become very little). You can find them in the market and also in the forest..
 Wash them carefully using plastic gloves.

 Boil them for almost 30 minutes.

 Remove the water but set apart a glass of juice to add later in the food.

 Chop them.





 Cut an onion into slices. Put on fire a pot, pour a little oil and add the onion .Cook and stir the onion until it gets golden. Now you can add a spoon of wheat and mix all together.

 Add the nettles and the glass of juice and mix together. Add garlic and salt and leave to boil for almost 10 minutes.
