Pray for the peace of Egypt

  Tommorow (tuesday 1 february) is planned a massive demonstration in Cairo with more than 1 million people to overthrown the president Mubarak .

 Pray for the people of Egypt to succeed,the chaos to end and to bring a new president that wants democracy and cares for the people's wishes for real (even though i have big doubts about that).

 It's very important who will be the next president ...With Hezbollah taking over Lebanon and most likely the Muslim Brotherhood winning in Egypt,the power has changed in favor of Iran and it's islamist allies....that sounds like a religious dictatorship and not freedom...and another possible wars with other states.

 In a recent poll,egyptians voted they want to live under the Sharia law(that means death stonnings for adulter and homesexuality and other cruel punishments) ,this is not democracy but theocracy and egyptians might fall in a vicious game with no good end,from bad to worst.But that was when they were subjugated by the government of Mubarak,maybe they have other opinions now after they can see the light of freedom.

 If you look back in the arab history ,you can observe the revolutions have a different effect than in the East Europe where the communism has been defeated by the mass revolutions. In the arab countries,when a tyrant is overthrown and people hope for something better,another one comes and takes the power...so no real changes.

 May God' will be done ! This is all i can say and i pray for Egypt!

Quack remedies for the flu from my country

   I have such a bad flu right now and i thought to share with you some quackeries from my country (remedies known by old people).

  They are natural so it worth a try . We have lots of good natural remedies but i tried to post the most efficient of them ,simple and accessible for everybody








For sore throat:
 -apply cabbage leaves around your neck.The cabbage is popular for it's anti-inflamatory proprieties.Soak the leaves in boiling water or put a little oil on them and then apply them around your neck.

-make gargle with water mixed with lots of salt,it's very good for the sore throat(if you can...i can't make gargle because i feel like i have  to throw up..)


For head aches:
-apply a few slices of potatoes on your forehead and tie with a scarf

For fever:
-soak your socks in vinegar or medicinal alcohol and wear them for 20 minutes ,every half of an hour re-apply vinegar.The temperature will go down.

For stuffy nose:
-apply on your forehead 2-3 spoons of shaving horseradish but on a material,not directly on skin because the horseradish can seriously inflame the skin.Kepp it for 5-30 minutes and repeat the treatment 2 times on day day....it's very very good for sinusite and stuffy nose

-inhalations with camomile tea-it is also very good for the skin(but cover completely your head and the cup).

For cough:
-make a hole in a black radish and put honey in it.Leave it like that all the night for pickling and then drink that syrup

-onion tea-cut the onion in 4 pieces(don't peel it) and add it in the water then leave it to boil.Let it sit for almost 5 minutes after boiling and add honey into your teacup.

The arab world on fire

  The year has started so bad,with so many clashes but i really hope everything will finish with as less vistims as possible.Tunisia,Egypt,Lebanon,Jordan and Yemen -all are struggling for a better life. Freedom and dignity are the most important human rights and they must fight for them even with the price of their lifes. This is the single possibility to change an autocratic government, I hope they will continue to be brave and to fight until they will win. Every human being has the right of a dignified life and nobody should accept to be controlled and humilliated by the state.

 The communism has been destroyed, now is time for the arab countries to change their system and to live how is the best for them.

 The question is if these regimes will be overthrown,how will be the new regime,because can be the same repressive as the old one.If Mubarak falls in Egypt,then maybe will follow the Muslim Brotherhood which i find it even more dangerous not just for egyptians but for the entire world.

 I will quote one of the Muslim Brotherhood goal:

The Ikhwan must understand that all their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" their miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who choose to slack.”

My Cleopatra inspired makeup

  Cleopatra was considered the most beautiful woman in the world. Blaise Pascal said if Cleopatra's nose had been shorter,the whole face of the earth would have changed.Pascal considered women with long nose more attractive and maybe this was the reason for which Caesar and Marc Antony were greatly attracted by Cleopatra.

The miracle of christianity-the incorruptible bodies

   Before to think or to write anything bad about these holy bodies,i want to remind you that they are not dead since 1 month or 1 year,they are dead since thousand of years and what you see it's a miracle.

 The flesh of a normal body putrefies completeley until remain just the bones.The bodies of these christian saints are not rotten ,as you can see,they have mummified flesh and they are flexible.They have been burried in normal conditions as any other human and not as egyptians used to burry the pharaons.
 Their smell is wonderful,same as flowers.Since they are digged up,since the gravedigger opens their tomb,they emanate this perfume that proofs their holiness.

 This is not a myth,i tell you from my own experience,the holy incorruptible bodies exist and their smell is the same as i described it.You can find lots of parts or complete bodies in our orthodox and catholic churches.From what i know catholics use to cover them with wax(i don't know if all the bodies,i just know about some) while orthodox leave them completely natural.

  Millions of people come every year from all over the world just to touch them.Their power of healing is worldwide known. So many people have cured from incurable deseases.

 In the Old Testament of the Holy Bible is a passage about the power of a dead righteous man.It was enough that another dead man just touched it so he came back to life.

 2 or 4 kings 13:21 "And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they cast the man into the sepulchre of Elisha: and when the man was let down, and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood up on his feet."

 Having a pure life in Christ defies the natural laws,you become superior of your own nature: the human nature. The incorruptibility of the saints and their healing power is the garancy of the purest life a human can live and that can be done just following the teachings of christianity. A true christian-a saint will not oppose himself against death,he is humble and pure same as Jesus Christ,they suffer for Him death and the worst painful tortures.

 The purity of their heart is shown is their miraculous bodies.As Jesus Christ defied the natural laws and He performed so many miracles,He controled the wind,the sea,etc ,as He ressurected from death,the same we can have this power if we have a pure life totally dedicated to God.

 Our faith is not just a simple veneration for God,it's more than that because a christian  tries to imitate Him not just to serve Him.If God is Merciful and He can forgive a sinner, we must be the same, if somebody killed your son and you go to kill him you are far from God and you haven't surpass your human nature.

  By His Incarnation, matter has been magnified with Divine glory and has entered into the grace- and virtue-bestowing, ascetic aim of deification, or union with Christ. God has become flesh, has become human, so that the entire man, the entire body, might be filled with God and with His miracle-working forces and powers.

 The holiness of the Saints does not hold forth only in their souls, but it necessarily extends to their bodies; so it is that both the body and the soul of a saint are sanctified.

 During his life on the earth, the Saint, by a continuous and singular grace- and virtue-bestowing synergy of soul and body, attains to the sanctification of his person, filling both the soul and body with the grace of the Holy Spirit and so transforming them into vessels of the holy mysteries and holy virtues. It is completely natural, again, to show pious reverence both to the former and to the latter, both to soul and body, both of them holy vessels of God's grace.

I am a Taurus

  I am a Taurus born on 28 april and i am very happy with my sign even though it's not easy to be a Taurus because we are very complicated persons and hard to understand.

  I can have both looks,i think my face changes depending on my spirit mood but i wonder how is more nice : to have this "baby face" look or the sexy one.

 If you want to achieve the baby face look,is very important the makeup,i think the white face is the most important,so use a white foundation that covers very well and don't contour the inner corners of the eye.You don't need cat eyes but pure and expressive eyes.Don't exxagerate with the lipliner (for usual i always pass the natural line for more voluptous lips),in this case try to give a natural rounded shape.Red or pink lipstick are the best colours for this look.
 Don't forget, thick eyebrows make you look younger and thin eyebrows make you look more feminine and mature.
